We are excited to launch our Racial Pride Public Health Messaging Campaign, a movement dedicated to celebrating identity, affirming culture, and strengthening mental health in Black communities.
Research shows that racial pride can serve as a powerful protective factor, helping individuals cope with stress, discrimination, and trauma. By affirming who we are and where we come from, we create pathways to resilience, healing, and hope.
At The EMPOWER Lab, our mission has always been to provide tools and resources that support mental wellness. This campaign is a continuation of that work, highlighting how cultural pride and community strength are not only sources of empowerment, but also essential to public health.
